Founder
Marco Barbaro
Marco graduated from Fairfield University in 1996 and turned down a career at GE Capital to join his brother Gino in the restaurant business. At 23, he bought his first multifamily property in New York, sparking a lifelong passion for real estate.
In 2013, he partnered with Jake & Gino in Knoxville, TN, purchasing a 25-unit property that marked the start of a growing portfolio. Since then, he has been involved in over 3,700 units and plays a key role in coaching, networking, and raising capital for Sharpline Equity
After leaving the corporate grind in 2019, Marco joined the Jake & Gino team full time and launched a successful mastermind program, mentoring 290+ students. Known for his ability to build teams and connect people, Marco balances his career with his greatest priority—his wife and three daughters.
Founder
Yosef Lee
Yosef Lee is a litigation attorney and multifamily real estate investor with 1,000+ units across 23 assets. As founder of Y Lifestyle Design & Management (YLDM), he and his team handle the full investment cycle—sourcing, structuring, and operating deals to build sustainable cash flow and long-term value.
With expertise in both law and real estate, Yosef has expanded into small business acquisitions and is laying the groundwork for his own private equity and family office platform. Licensed in NY, NJ, and FL, and a Real Estate Broker in NY, he also serves on the board of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation – North Eastern Region and directs a men’s choir at his church
A father of two, Yosef is passionate about education, networking, and guiding others to align wealth-building with purpose.

Rajesh Gurjar
Rajesh completed his MBA in Finance from Suffolk University, Boston, in 2009. Though he had the chance to build a corporate career in the U.S., he chose to return to India to be with his family and pursue his dream of entrepreneurship
In 2015, he started his bookkeeping company with his first client from Upwork. What began as a one-person effort has grown into a 31-member team, serving 200+ clients across the USA, Australia, and Europe. His focus has always been on creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Today, Rajesh envisions CYAA as one of the world’s most trusted bookkeeping firms. Outside of work, he enjoys meditation, sports, traveling, and family time. For him, life revolves around two priorities: family and making a positive impact in the accounting industry.
